Dr. Joseph Ryarasa Nkurunziza is a medical doctor, public health practitioner and a social justice activist with over 17 years of experience in the civil society sector. Nkurunziza is the co-founder and executive director of Never Again Rwanda. He is the Chairperson of the Rwanda Civil Society Platform.
