Please complete the registration form for the 6th World Congress on Resilience from 07 to 09 June 2024 in Kigali (Rwanda). 

NB: All people registering before 30^th March 2024 will be considered as early bird with a discount

Cancellation or Refund Policy

• Any cancellation of participation and / or refund must be made by email to the organizing committee(info@resilience2024.rw)
• Cancellation before 29^th Feb: Refund of the full amount, less 25% for administration fees..
• Cancellation between 1^st March-30^th April: Reimbursement of the full amount, less 50% for administrative fees..
• Cancellation from 1^st May-7^th June : No refund.
• It is also possible to transfer your registration to another person. This is free of charge and must be done no later than 15^th May 2024

You can pay in cash for your registration to the 6^th World Congress on Resilience 2024 in Kigali.

Cash payments will only be accepted during the congress period and will be regarded as on-site registration, as a result, small delays in the issuance of paperwork and account settlement at the registration desk should be expected.

Please remember to state participant’s name on all payments done.

(*)Partner status is granted to any institution or organization that registers for the 6^th World Congress on Resilience. It may be a university, a training school, a research laboratory, a non-profit non-governmental organization, etc. This registration allows members of the said organization (students, teachers, researchers, etc.) to benefit from a 50 to 70% discount on the normal registration fee. Partner organizations also benefit from media visibility at the 6^th World Congress on Resilience (logo insertion on the 6^th Congress website with hyperlink to the partner’s website, insertion of the partner’s logo in the official congress program).

The status of partner organisation is acquired through registration fee of USD 1000
